described as false, the publication of Ika Weekly of Saturday, March 30th, 2013
with the caption, Driver Stripped Naked For Disobeying Traffic Rules.”

            The

security agent that stripped the said driver naked, but that the lorry driver
stripped himself naked to draw crowd, when he was being chased for attempting
to abduct a staff of the corps and attract unnecessary sympathy from people,
thereby trying to elicit sympathy  from
members of the public who may erroneously believe that he was stripped naked by
the FRSC or security agencies.

further, officer Olusola stated that the said driver was flagged down for
reckless driving, and because he showed no sign of stopping,  in an attempt for him driver not to escape
arrest, a marshal was asked to escort him. According to him, “the driver
pretended to be puling over to the right to park, but he eventually accelerated
carrying the marshal and driving against traffic” (one way). stating further,
Mr. Olusola said that the security men around became angry over the barbaric
behaviour of the driver, which made them to chase him adding that when he was
apprehended along Uromi junction, the said driver stripped himself naked,
pretending to be insane. The F.R.S.C. Boss called on the resident of Agbor Obi,
Uromi junction  boys that assist drivers
that violate traffic laws to fight the appropriate authority to desist from
