Barr. Frank O. Nwaugo who was an aspirant to the House of Representatives for Ika federal constituency in 2007 was kidnapped at Asaba by unknown men on Monday 21st of July. According to sources, he was luckily abandoned at Onitsha head bridge minutes later.
This incident occurred just one day after the kidnapping of Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa?s father who was finally released by his abductors this weekend.
The attempted kidnapping of Barr. Nwaugo has been roundly condemned.
