The family of Mr. Joseph Iduh of Idumuikezi quarters in Mbiri, Ika North East Local Government Area have expressed their gratitude to God for preserving their lives in the recent accident which occurred in their compound; damaging their six rooms apartment.
Mr. Iduh?s son, Solomon Iduh who narrated the sad incident in his residence said members of his family had scarcely left the house on the ill-fated day when a big tree in the compound fell and destroyed the building belonging to their late father.
Although no casualty was recoded, the family said a lot was lost to the destruction even as they lamented that the capital with which to set up another building for their habitation is not available. Hence, they are therefore appealing toboth individuals, government and voluntary organizations to identify with their plights in any way possible.
