In a chat with the Ika Weekly
correspondent, he stated that he is not impressed with the reading culture of
the youths in the community “I want our youths to be hardworking, those who are
unable to go to school should learn some skills
so that life will be better for them. They should stop paying money or
going to special centres for their (WAEC and NECO) examinations.

He charged  parents to always educate their children,
stressing that even though they cannot read nor write, they should help their
children  to be educated. He appealed to
all Owa-Alizomor sons and daughters both at home and abroad to always embrace
peace and love for one another, stressing that any community that wants to  succeed and move forward must abide by the
virtues  of love and sincerity. “I am
appealing to you all whether you are in politics or not, provided you are in a
position to help. Please empower the youths because they are the future leaders
of this great country and the light of this great community, he concluded.
