The Death of Mr, Chuck Effam, Vice President of Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of Ika Association, USA

Fellow Board Members, Executive Officers & Friends of Ika,

 

Members of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of Ika Association, USA, Inc have been thrown, yet again, into a state of mourning as they announce with Very Heavy Hearts the untimely death of the Vice President, Mr. Chuck Effam.  Mr. Effam died suddenly last night, Sunday, July 24, 2011at his residence in Dallas, Texas.  The cause of death is pending the results of an autopsy.
