Police Commissioner,, Mr. Ikechukwu Aduba, on Friday, 22th, February 2013,
during the foundation laying ceremony of Igbodo police station building told
news men, that the aggrieved lover, who killed his girlfriend and six other
members of her family at Igando area in Lagos State is the most wanted person in Delta State.
Mr. Aduba, who thanked Deltans
for trusting the police, advised people of Ika Land to always help the police
with information that will help to fish out the serial killer. He assured the
people that the objective of the police is to make Delta State crime free,
adding that there is no place where there is no crime, but that the people
should try to reduce it, by giving
police useful information that will lead to the arrest of bad elements in their
areas.
He urged traditional rulers in
Ika land and parents to try their best by helping to combat crime in their
areas saying that the police and the
government alone cannot do it.
The
Delta State police boss used the opportunity to call on the people of Ika, who
know the whereabout of Mr. Henry, to come out and inform the police as a
handsome reward awaits them
