OBI OF OWA APPOINTS FRIDAY BUZUGBE AS CHAIRMAN, OWA LOCAL VIGILANTE

Sequel to the dissolution of the executive
members of Ni-Owa-Ri-Nma group, led by Comr. Lucky Okafor, also known as J.5,
His Royal Majesty, (HRM) Dr. Emmanuel Efeizomor II (JP), OON, the Obi of Owa
Kingdom, has appointed Comr. Friday Buzugbe as the new chairman of the group,
“Owa Local Vigilante (OLV)” a new name to replace the Ni-Owa-Ri-Nma group.

Speaking during the event, which was held at his
palace in Owa Oyibu, the Royal father, said he has gone through thorough
scrutiny of whom to replace Comr. Lucky Okafor and found Comr. Friday Buzugbe
worthy. He charged the new chairman of the O.L.V, Comr. Buzugbe to ensure that
his duties are effectively discharged by reducing the rate of criminal
activities in Owa Kingdom.

Speaking with newsmen at his Boji-Boji Owa
Residence, Comr. Friday Buzugbe assured the people that by the special grace of
God, he will discharge his duties as expected by the people. He promised to
also assist the security agents in Owa kingdom to fight crime by providing them
with reliable information. He advised criminals and cultists to desist from
activist that will bring down their reputation. He urged all residents in Owa
kingdom to co-operate with his team in reducing criminal activities.
