OWANTA (Ikaworld.com) – A baby girl born with an abnormally large head was abandoned by her mother at Owanta in Ika North East Local government area on the 28th of January 2008. The baby was brought to Agbor general hospital by Owanta youths accompanied by the D.P.O of Ugbaja police station.
