Orhionmwon Local Government Area of Edo State, that led to the death of two
young men and leaving four others seriously injured has been described over the
weekend by Mr. Ajato J.M, a retired school principal as a great loss, resulting
from the non-charlant attitude to work on the part of the PHCN staff. He noted
that it is as a result of poor management, and the employment of
non-professionals into PHCN that led to such catastrophe.

noted that some of the equipments that PHCN is currently using has become
obsolete. He thereby call on the government and private entrepreneurs to see to
it that the equipment used by PHCN is in good working conditions.

practices capable of causing havoc in the society. He charged them to always
