condition since it was commissioned, but expressed fear over  the unprotected pumping machine, which could
be easily pilfered by unscrupulous elements within or even from nearby
communities. He therefore appealed that something should be done quickly to
protect the machine. He also called on the people to provide hoses, to make
things easier for women who come to fetch waster with basins to alleviate the
problem of looking for who will help them after fetching water.

Mr.
Edobor also prayed God to bless their brethren in the U.S. who have
deemed it necessary to help their kiths and kin at home.
