YOUTHS ENJOINED TO SUPPORT UDUAGHAN’S ADMINISTRATION

AGBOR (Ika weekly) – Ika youths have been enjoined to support Uduaghan’s administration in order to promote peace and move Delta State forward.

 

This call was made by an Agbor-based businessman Mr. Ezekiel Usuoegbu who gave the advice while speaking with Ika Weekly last weekend. He said the fate of Nigeria lies in the hands of the youths, and as such they should have due regards for elders and constituted Authorities and also endeavour to abstain from acts that can jeopardize their future.

         

Commenting on the appointment of Hon. Chief Lawrence Osiegbu as the Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Usuoegbu thanked God for the well-deserved appointment and lauded Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan for his efforts so far in piloting the affairs of the state and for equitable distribution of power among the various local government area, adding that this will bring lasting unity to Delta State.

         

The businessman further appealed to the government to repair Old Lagos/Asaba Road which is a major road in the Boji-Boji metropolis, especially the Orogodo river bridge area which has become almost impassable.

         

He also pleaded with the government to dredge the river and repair the bridge to help facilitate movement in the area.

Mr. Usuoegbu implored Deltans irrespective of their tribe or origin to see themselves as one and an integral part of the state in order to actualize the dreams of making Delta State the best in the federation.
