two chiefs were accompanied by a clergyman, Rev. Apostle Triumph Osian (JP),
and Hon. Barr. Ezenwali J.A the counselor, representing Idumuesah in Ika North
East Local Government Council among others.
at the palace, Chief Barr. Frank Nwugo and Chief Jude Osian in seperate
statements said they hold the Obi of Ute-Okpu in very high esteem, for the fact
that he is a God fearing king, adding that since the head of the community is working hand in hand in fear of God, the
entire kingdom has been blessed. They thanked the Obi and prayed God to empower
him the more with the wisdom of Solomon, to lead his people. they also said
that the Obi has taken the right step towards the right direction in life.
Osian (JP) also gave kudos to the principal of Ute-Okpu Junior
Grammar School, Mr.
Fancies Ogbe whom he described as a very hard working principal, who has taken
Ute-Okpu Junior secondary school to an enviable height.
on behalf of the Obi, Dr. Shedrack Omumu thanked the visitors for finding time
to come and pay homage to the Obi in his palace and gave them royal blessing,
praying that God should lead them back home.
