5-YEARS OLD BOY MISSING IN IGBODO

r  at about 8.oo am in
the morning of Sunday, November 7, 2010, when she  sent her son, Master Onyeka Keneth to go to a
neighbour’s house, just about 50 metres away from their home to get  a filter for the cassava flour. She said that
after a long period of waiting for the son to come back and there was no sign
of the little boy, she sent one of her children to go and look for Keneth. To
my surprise, my son told me that Onyeka did not get to the place where I sent
him,” she said.

A search party was
carried out by the community, but the little boy was nowhere to be found. She said
that she has been doing all she could, to make sure that Onyeka is brought up
to the level he was at the time of the incident. She appealed to everyone to
assist her in locating the little boy.

Mrs. Georgina
Okonkiwo, the mother of the child, expressed shock over her missing son. She
said that she was in Onicha-Ugho with her daughter on the day when she heard
the news of her missing son. She said that the little boy has lost his father
some time ago. She asked that the community and kind spirited  persons assist her in the recovery of her
son, Keneth.Meanwhile reports
of the missing child has been made at the different police stations in and
around Igbodo community. Vigilante groups have also been alerted concerning the
incident.
