A seventeen
years old deaf and dumb girl, Onyinye Jacob, a native of Alifekede Community,
Agbor, Ika South local government area, Delta State has been declared missing.
According to her guardian, Mr.
Francis Ugbo, Onyinye, a hair dressier by profession left her residence at
22,Upper Queen Street, Agbor on the 5th of July, 2013 and has not returned
since then. He said Onyinye was picked from home by her deaf and dumb girl
friend, who said that they were going for a church service. Mr. Ugbo said on
Monday which was the next day, someone in Asaba told them that Onyinye was
among the physically challenged people that protested in Asaba., stating that
they have gone to Asaba to search for her all to no avail
Mr. Ugbo called on members of the public who
have information of the whereabouts of Onyinye to kindly contact the nearest
