The above statement was made by Prince NkemFrangelaOchei during the launching of his 4th musical album titled, "EguObodo" on Saturday 25th September, 2010 at the Palace of the Obi of Umunede.
Prince Ochei who studied Music and has taken it as a profession said that, his musical album ‘Eguobodo is a renewal of the dying cultural heritage of the people. He noted that, it is through traditional music and dance that the culture of a particular place can be preserved.
He added that the EguObodo music is set to promote Ika cultural heritage such as linguistics, dancing pattern, and human relations. Prince Ochei maintained that "our cultural heritage which our fore-fathers guided jealously in their era will not be allowed to die as EguObodo music will serve as a platform for keeping our culture in generations to come."
He expressed joy and satisfaction for the honour done him by the eminent personalities that graced the occasion, must especially, the Obi of Umunede kingdom and his wife,Isor,who he said sponsored the musical album.He said that without their contribution the launching of the album will not have been a reality. He thereforeprayed God to grant them their heart desires. He also thanked the Chief launcher, Mr. Andrew Emeri, the musical director, Igoh 1 Star, CEFO Production, Mr. and Mrs. EdmundUwagwu, OdogwuObuh, Madam FavourKigba, Miss Vivian Dike, Madam Pure water, musical dancers, friends and well wishers, for their wonderful contributions.

The album, in his remarks praised Prince NkemFrangelaOchei for the musical album releasewhich he noted will promote Ikaculture. He noted that the musical album is culturallyorientated as it was presented in Ika dialect.
Highpoint of the ceremony was the launching of the musical album titled "EguObodo".by those present.
