Hon. Festus Okoh (Chuky Dandy) has won the PDP DTHA primary held yesterday 4th October 2018. Hon. Festus Okoh got 94 votes beating Mr. Paul Alike who got 55 votes and Nduka Omodon who got 4 votes.
