PDP delegates are currently gathering today in Ika South and Ika Nort East Local Government Areas to elect their flagbearers for the Delta State House of Assembly in 2019 General Election.
In Ika North East, Hon. Elekeokwuri from Umunede is going for a second term in DTHA and is unopposed.
In Ika South LGA, Hon. Festus Okoh (Chuky Dandy) is vying for a second term but faces stiff competion. Although Chuky Dandy is seen to be a responsive politician with very close contact with his constituency, he faces a tough primary that is difficult to predict.
