IKA WEEKLY – The management of Hosanna and Central Secondary Commercial Schools on Thursday conducted common entrance examination for the award of scholarships to deserving students form Owanta Idumuetor Community in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State.
The proprietor of the schools, Dr. P.O. Obuseh who revealed this at the Central Secondary Commercial School, No. 96, Convent Street, Boji Boji Owa, said the Scholarship entrance examination are held every year at the commencement of the new academic session.
Dr. Obuseh said the best two candidates at the examination will be awarded scholarship, adding that, one of them will be from Hossana Secondary Commercial Shchool, while the other will be from Central Secondary Commercial School.
According to the School proprietor, the gesture is to encourage pupils and students from Owanta Idumuetor Community, to move further in Education.
