Nigerians in the UK and Sweden, Umunede Community mourn the passing of Kate Ijeh

News has
reached Ikaworld.com of the death of Ms. Kate Ijeh, daughter of the family of
Ekanka Ijeh of Umunede.

According
to reports, on February 1st 2013, Ms. Kate Ijeh, aged 38 years old,
walked into a renowned hospital in London for what can be considered a routine
surgery only to pass away during the operation.

Until her
death she worked with Focus Housing in London where she received training and became a
Housing Officer and later rose to a managerial level. She was also the Pastor
of Empowerment House in Crayton, London.

Kate Ijeh
schooled and lived in Sweden before relocating to the London. In Sweden, as in
the UK, Kate Ijeh touched every life she met with her numerous good deeds. A
memorial service was held for her at Smyrnakyrkan (International church) in
Gothenburg, Sweden.

Her burial will
take place on the 9th March 2013 at Selbourne Avenue Cemetery,
Selbourne Avenue, Bletchley in Milton Keynes  after a Service at Milton Keynes Christian
Center at Old Brook Road.
