According to him,
government has a lot to benefit
from traditional medicine if only it
pays serious attention to its development. He disclosed that most terminal
ailments such as cancer, HIV and AIDs which have defiled orthodox medicine can
be cured with traditional medicine,
stressing that trado-doctors can be assisted through the provisions of loans and an enabling environment for them to
function effectively. He therefore maintained that if adequate and serious
attention is paid to traditional medicine it can earn foreign exchange for the
government.
