BOJI-BOJI OWA (Ika Weekly) – The member representing Ika North East Local Government Area in the Delta State House of Assembly. Hon. (Prince) Sam Obi has be lauded for his humanitarian services to the people in the area.
The commendation was made by the Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigerian (NYCN), Ika North East chapter, comrade Victor Enwefa at Boji-Boji Owa during the dredging of gutters in the area.
Comrade Enwefa who spoke through the Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) of the organisation, Comrade Ewere Kate Agidi, observed that Hon. Sam Obi has done marvelously well by actualizing his electoral promises to the people in the area.
The chairman who scored the lawmaker high for his welfare programmes, noted that opening up of the gutters at Okobi by Alika Street was sponsored by the lawmaker.
The Youth leader who described the legislator as Godsent, disclosed that he has played a vital role in the development of the area.
He further,stated that the lawmaker has shown an effective representation to the people by carrying them along in the political scheme of things and urged the people in the area to support Hon. Obi as he intensifies efforts to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people.
Com. Enwefa thanked the lawmaker for working assiduously towards the development of the area, and implored prominent sons and daughters of Ika North-East to emulate him by contributing their quotas to the socio-economic development of the local government area.
