ALIOKPU, Agbor (Ikaworld) – On the night of the Nigeria – Ghana match, tragedy descended on Aliokpu when a young man on his way home on his motocycle died in a ghastly motorcycle accident.
According to sources, the young man named Afam went to watch the match at a place where there was generator, since there was no electricity. On his way home, he collided, head on, with another motorcycle. He was pronounced dead upon arriving at the General hospital, Agbor.
Until his death Afam, who attended the College of Education Agbor, was a teacher at Aliokpu. He was in his twenties.
