Every effort made during the interrogation to make Mr. Santos Collins repeat what he
said earlier at Ute-Okpu when he was mobbed by people in the community proved
abortive as he keeps uttering words which depicted that of a mad man.
As at the time of filing this report, the culprit,
Mr. Santos Collins was with the Owa-Oyibu Police Station, while investigation
on the case is still going on by the police.
