Col. Godwin Ebomah and his political group have been described as non-members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ika South Local Government Area.
The assertion was made by the Chairman the PDP in Ika South, Mr. James Ebeye while fielding questions from press men during the thanksgiving service for the Ika South Council Chairman, Hon. Hillary Ibude at Living Faith Church, Agbor.
Mr. Ebeye said that Col. Ebomah is no longer part of PDP, adding that although, he used to be a member before he decided on his own to estrange himself from the party through his anti-party activities.
He disclosed that the problem started when he (Ebeye) on becoming the L.G.A. party Chairman chose the part of reconciliation and harmonization, to which the Col rejected and decided to float his own faction outside the PDP in Ika South.
He remarked that currently, he is the person causing disaffection in the party.
Mr. Ebeye disclosed that as a result of Col. Ebomah?s activities he has been placed on one-month suspension, and his case referred to the PDP Disciplinary Committee at Agbor, which is looking into it, pointing out that there is no more faction in the party in Ika South L.G.A.
