AGBOR (Ika Weekly) – Members of German-made Motor Mechanics Association, Boji-Boji Metropolis have appealed to the State Government to assist them with revolving loans to be able to purchase modern equipment now that most German-made vehicles are computerized.
Making the call at a meeting of the association held at Agbor, the Chairman Mr. Eramotha remarked that since most modern cars are computerized members of the association require special equipment to be able to repair them.
Describing motor mechanics as very important to socio-economic and political development of any nation, Mr. Eramotha called on members to be diligent and honest in dealing with their customers as he called on all practicing motor mechanics to register with the association so that they can speak with one voice.
The association’s boss also called on all unemployed and able-bodied youths to learn how to repair vehicles and become self-employed instead of looking for white-collar jobs that are not easy to come by.
