The Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) Ward-9, Ute-Okpu Community in Ika NorthEast Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief Daniel Chukwuma Efedi, while joining the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) recently, stated that he decided to mobilize his members to join him in PDP because of the good works Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa is doing in the State.
Speaking at the enlarged PDP meeting at Ute-Okpu Community hall, the former APC Chairman said since he joined APC, he never benefitted from the party. In his words: “I was not forced to join PDP. I made this decision by myself alongside my faithful members after we have seen the way His Excellency, is performing greatly in the state. We have now realized that PDP is the best political party to work for because there are a lot of benefits in it. I promise to convert more of my former members to this great party and we have agreed to support Okowa’s re-election in 2019.
